Also called Beit Alpha, Lebanese or Persian cucumbers. These types are increasing in popularity and are parthenocarpic, all female, multi fruited hybrids that do not require pollination. Fruits are seedless, 12.5-20cm (5-8 inches) long , very tasty with a thin skin that does not need wrapping. Fruits can be harvested from when fruit is 3-5 cm (1.2 – 1.6 inches) long.
