Helios F1 is a super-hot habanero pepper with wrinkled fruits averaging 2¾" × 1½". Fruits ripen from dark green to salmon orange and are extremely pungent — a key ingredient in Jamaican "jerk" sauces. Suitable for fresh use or drying.
