GENERAL STATEMENT FOR EXCLUSIVE LIMITATION OF REMEDY FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS (See above link for full details)

The liability of Paramount Seeds for breach of guarantee (warranty), or for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products, including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the dissatisfactory item or refund of the purchase price.

Nor shall Paramount Seeds be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage, including any loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort.

NOTE

Claims for defects in Paramount Seeds’ products must be presented to Paramount Seeds as soon as practicable and, in any event, within 30 days of discovery.
