Upland Cress (also called Winter Cress) is an easy-to-grow, cut-and-come-again crop with mildly peppery leaves. Growing to 4–6 inches tall, it can be harvested at any stage from micro-size to full maturity — leaves, shoots, and flower buds are all edible and delicious. A versatile crop for salad mixes, microgreens, and specialty produce.
