Corvinas RZ Knox™ is a new versatile, large headed variety for trialling, especially during the shoulder or the changeover seasons. Trial results have been fantastic and consistent across a number of different regions especially in Spring and into the Autumn periods.
The real advantage of this variety is that it contains the naturally occurring Knox™ trait which helps improve the shelf life by delaying the browning of cut surfaces by days. This combined with outstanding internal qualities, make this variety well suited for the processing sector and with its shiny green colour and large frame size, it can also be a first class head lettuce for the fresh market.
