Dexter is a red, blocky pepper with high yield potential under Ontario conditions. Its early production allows for early harvest which gives growers flexibility when going to market. Dexter is suitable for bulk-market, with an excellent percentage of marketable yield.

One of the standard varieties. Use young leaves and leaf tips, half ripe flowers and dried seeds.

Great for soups, sauces, vegetable salads and in pickling recipes. Dill can be a useful addition to your selection and can be sown year round for pot production or bundles.

An ideal cut flower hybrids with golden-yellow petals and dark brown disks, completely devoid of pollen. The dorit petals are slightly deeper yellow.

The inflorescence's size is relatively large and it partly dictated by the plant population and by the amount of water the plant absorbed.

Depending on the temperatures, the flower may be ready for cutting 65-130 days after sowing.

Varieties are cold resistant and can be sown at least two weeks earlier than standard varieties in spring.
