The commercial standard with long green leaves and characteristic mildly spicy flavor.
Germinates quickly and tolerates cold and hot temperatures well. Our strain has a mix of "cut" and "strap" leaf shapes when grown as baby leaf. Performs well as a cut-and-come-again crop. Eruca sativa.

Overview
Wild Arugula (Diplotaxis tenuifolia) is a cut-and-come-again rocket with a nutty, peppery flavor — more intense than standard arugula. Growing to ~30 cm, it can be harvested as young microgreens or larger bundle leaves and is suitable for year-round production under glass and outdoor spring-to-fall growing.
