Sunangel F1 (51-719) Spinach (Untreated seed)

A semi savoy spinach variety, Carmel type. Dark green leaves with good consistent production and high downy mildew resistance. Sunangel can make a good addition to your growing selections.

More upright than most other semi savoy varieties, Sunangel still has the characteristically robust and heavy leaves, with a dark green color, and excellent factory performance. The upright nature, in combination with uniform leaves results in small amounts of cut leaf, and a very high yield potential. Best suited to babyleaf production in shoulder seasons, Sunangel RZ has a strong disease resistance package, and excellent cool season vigour, meaning that it performs equally well heading into and out of the cold weather.

Tropic Special Cabbage

Plants are vigorous, have good foliage cover, and outside coloration is medium green.

The head is flat round in shape, reaching a weight of approximately 3-4 Kg(6.6 - 8.8 lb).
Maturity: Approximately 58 - 60 days from transplanting
Disease Rest: Tolerant to Black rot disease. Resistant to cracking and to head deformation. Resistant to humidity, as well as heat and cold. Tolerant to Xanthomonas, fusarium
yellow and Pseudomonas.

Comments: This is an excellent variety, and does well in all season; it tolerates the warm and cold climates well. Recommended for summer to fall harvest. It has tender sweet leaves, white flesh inside, excellent for fresh market

While not a true Wasabi, this selection of Wasabi Mustard gives a great flavor and its large cotyledon can be used as a fresh cut product in salads or for flavor in cooked dishes.

Wasabi mustard can be planted year round with microgreens ready in approximately 10 days.

Tsw: 2 g Seed count per 10 g = about 5000 seeds.
Sowing: Over 0°C under glass all year, outdoors from end of March to beginning of September.
Seeds required: Direct 40 g/100 m², pot growing 40 g/1000 pots.
Cultivation: Space rows 15-20 cm apart.
Harvesting: Depending on the season 3-5 weeks after sowing, either young leaves in foodtainer or larger leaves as bundles.
Use: Young leaves with nutty flavour, in all sorts of salads.
