Winterbor F1 is a very hardy variety and widely used. Thick, blue green, finely curled leaves. Early maturing and productive suitable multiple cuts.

Purple Vienna Kohlrabi produces 1.5–2" medium to dark green seedlings with whitish-purple to medium-purple stems at 14 days. Full cotyledons to just beginning the first true leaf. Can be grown as a microgreen or to full maturity.

American Flag Leek is a popular heirloom variety known for its cold tolerance and mild, sweet flavor. Typically grows 15–20 inches tall with sturdy, wide stems reaching 1–2 inches in diameter. Creamy texture and versatile in cooking — great raw, grilled, or cooked. Thrives in full sun and can be direct sown or started indoors before the last frost.

Miz America is a hybrid red mizuna with exceptionally uniform leaf color, shape, and size. Maintains deep dark red color on both sides of the leaf even at a mature stage. Upright plant habit makes for easy harvesting. Pleasant, mild taste — not bitter or spicy.

The plant has dark green spoon-shaped leaves which form a thick rosette. It has a soft creamy texture and has a subtle yet distinctive flavor. Also called mustard spinach.

It can be grown to harvestable size in 45–50 days, and can withstand temperatures down to –10°C (15°F).
