Grey Stripe sunflower is one of the more popular varieties used for sprouting.  The shoots can be eaten fresh or in a salad.  Shoots can be harvested at 3-4 inches.

Dwarf Grey pea is an extremely popular type of "Snow Pea".

These pea types have short, flat, pale green pods that are sweet and stringlesss. Peas are very tender and crisp  and can be used at all stages of growth

Shoots can be used as micros (10 days) or harvest at maturity (60 to 65 days) when young pods are 2 to 3 inches long and make a  delicious addition to salads.

This striking variety has large green leaves with  vivid red veins, also called Blood Sorrel and makes a tasty and colorful addition to any salad or salad mix. Usually leaves are harvested at a young age as older, large leaves can be a little tough.

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is a flowering plant species in the carrot family. It is a hardy, perennial herb with yellow flowers and feathery leaves.

It is a highly aromatic and flavorful herb with the similar-tasting anise and makes a great addition to any herb selection.  Florence fennel or finocchio is a selection with a swollen, bulb-like stem base that is used as a vegetable.

Plants are vigorous, have good foliage cover, and outside coloration is medium green.

The head is flat round in shape, reaching a weight of approximately 3-4 Kg(6.6 - 8.8 lb).
