Long Dutch cucumber or English cucumber Verdon is a vigorous variety suitable for plantings between February and August. Verdon is a strong grower and has demonstrated strength against root and stem diseases. Verdon will produce a full canopy of leaves with medium length cucumbers.

The production is not as high as Addison RZ, but this is a great choice for off season plantings or where diseases have been present in a previous crop. Verdon is highly tolerant to mildew, strong against pythium and fusarium and has CMMVIR.

Katrina is an outstanding variety for the spring-summer cultivation. The recovery after wire is good and the setting is strong.
